Environmental Education

Individuals who observe dietary restrictions for any reason can be accommodated at no additional charge if you notify us ahead of time. Communicate those needs by using the Notification of Dietary Restriction form or by contacting our EE Program Coordinator.

KP (Kitchen Patrol)
All groups eating meals at Wahsega will participate in the unique experience of KP (kitchen patrol).
Meal Times
Typical meal times are:
Breakfast, 8:00 a.m.
Lunch, 12:30 p.m.
Dinner, 5:30 p.m.
KP duty begins 30 minutes before the meal.
If you need different meal times, just let us know in advance and we'll be happy to adjust our schedules accordingly.

Banquets
Our dining hall staff is known for their great food and service to our overnight guests. Recent remodeling allows us to extend this treat to other events. We can accommodate banquets, parties, showers, and receptions with customized menus to meet your needs. Please contact Amanda Smallwood, Dining Hall Manager, to inquire about pricing and scheduling.
